GREEN SMOOTHIE!!!!!!!!

Are you able to stick to a healthy nutritional diet but are finding it hard to make your little ones try some of the same? Below is a recipe which I am sure everyone will love and is packed full of iron, calcium and protein, potassium and vit c. It has lots of greens in it but still tastes great, after all life is meant to be fun!

Green Smoothie Recipe:

1/2 -1 banana
two handsfull of fresh organic spinach
10 pitted fresh cherries
3-4 cubes of Gala or honeydew Melon
1 scoop of greenjuice powder (optional)
1/4 cup of water

Throw spinach, fruit and green powder into your blender and blend on high speed. Add water till desired consitency is reached. For added goodness try blending with a spoon of high omega plant oils like Udo's or flaxseed. You can also use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie and thicker texture.
